It is recommended that the Lease Purchase Or Rent To Own Payment be automatically deposited into your bank account so that you do NOT have to collect the Lease Purchase Or Rent To Own payment.
This generally eliminated the extra expense of the Leasing Agent/Management that bites into your cash flow.
BUYING THE LEASED OR RENTED HOME
When trying to get a mortgage on a lease purchase or rent to own property typically lenders will want you to have been in the property for 6 months to 1 year and have canceled checks showing that you have paid on time. Premier Mortgage Funding at times finds lenders that will NOT require the checks and sometimes only requires 6 months time in the home. This is a great way to reestablish yourself and credit.
